En Auriva entendemos la cosecha temprana como un auténtico ritual. Seleccionamos solo las cosechas de aceituna Picual de alta montaña, recogidas con las condiciones óptimas de temperatura y humedad de las primeras semanas de octubre, cuando su color verde intenso garantiza la mayor concentración de polifenoles y aromas frescos. Cada extracción se realiza a baja temperatura y en pocas horas tras la recolección, obteniendo un AOVE vibrante, limpio y lleno de matices.
